Dani, our longtime friend and customer from Unterendingen, as well as an incredibly tasteful blues player, recently had one of those unforgettable moments in our shop. When he picked up our 1968 Gibson J-45 and started to play, he could hardly believe his eyes and ears. It’s these magical moments that we’re so grateful for—the ones where you just know that two souls have found each other through music. Ortwin was on the hunt for a Gibson Les Paul, and the very first one he picked up—a stunning 1998 Gibson Les Paul Standard in Ebony—was the perfect match. He and his cover band rock out to legends like AC/DC, Ozzy Osbourne, and Judas Priest, and now he’s got the ideal instrument to give those songs that extra edge. Martin from Bad Krotzingen and we share a very special story. We met a few weeks ago under rather unusual and funny circumstances, and from the very first moment, we formed a deep friendship. Today, Martin visited us with his lovely wife Jasmin and their little whirlwind, 3-year-old Isabell. It truly felt like we were being visited by old friends. Martin had already set his heart on a stunning 2019 Duesenberg Starplayer TV in 2-Tone Sunburst, which we were happy to modify with Kluson Vintage Style Tuners. This guitar is the perfect instrument to express Martin’s passion and warmth through music. We’re sure that his ladies won’t want him to stop playing at home! Sandra from Gundelfingen, a huge David Gilmour fan and an exceptionally talented blues guitarist, stumbled across our website and spotted our black 1983/84 Squier SQ Stratocaster. Josch, a talented blues and soul guitarist from Hamburg, made quite the journey today! Early this morning, he flew from Hamburg to Zurich and then took a train to Waldshut-Tiengen, all to pick up his dream guitar: a beautiful 2006 Music Man Luke II in Lava Pearl. Known for his smooth, soulful tone and incredible touch, Josch truly has magic in his fingers.
